Our coaching programmes help working women in midlife who want to rediscover their passion and purpose by putting their own needs, desires and wellbeing first.
Midlife sneaks up on you. The things you took for granted in your twenties, thirties and early forties start to change. Your priorities shift, and you may find yourself with more or less time on your hands. You may feel you have lost yourself somewhere along the way or be stuck in a comfortable rut. Perhaps what gave you energy before is exhausting now and your wellbeing may have taken a back seat. A job or career that once fulfilled you may no longer meet your needs. Children may be leaving home leaving a big hole in your life. The menopause may lead you to question who you are and what you want from life.

Using transformational coaching Kirsten will work with you to explore what's holding you back and will stand alongside to support, guide and challenge you. You will dig deep to explore who you are and where you want to be, facing your fears and reaching out of your comfort zone to discover your potential.

All of our coaching is confidential, and Kirsten creates a safe space where the focus is solely on you.

Coaching is virtual and takes place in the comfort or convenience of your own home or other private space using Zoom. Virtual coaching is very flexible and effective and will fit around busy lives.
